well he is the one who chose the most illegitimate title holder out there!!............u guys forget too quick urango's robbery against ben rabah!!...that is why i never respected nor rated urango at all!!

as i mentioned before, hatton can stay at 140 and dominate as its a crap division atm, but 147, oh no, don't go there...Cotto would eat his liver for breakfast..

Castillo had to be salivating when he saw the effect Urango's body attack had on Hatton. Although Castillo didn't look very good tonight, I would have to pick Castillo via a late-round stoppage because of his body-attack.

HBO want Hatton to beat Castillo a lot more than the other way round also...Castillo was lucky tonight .
Thats insanity if i've ever heard it. You have Hatton who is a hold-artist and JLC who is an inside puncher. What do you think the outcome will be? JLC will break one of Hattons ribs, I gurantee it.

I dont think so. Hatton will be a lot better prepared for Castillo - he'll watch a load of tapes, he'll have a better plan, he'll be much better prepared for the body attack than he was against Urango, plus Castillo isn't a southpaw. Hatton will have seen loads of Castillo fights, whereas he hadnt seen anything of Urango before that fight. PLUS despite the body attack having an effect from Urango (who is probably as heavy a puncher as Castillo if not more so) he still dominated a won nearly every round.

I think the fight JLC just had is going to work for his advantage. He fought sloppy, slow, but still won the fight. Hatton is going to be training for that, thinking JLC is going to come out sluggish once again, but JLC was one time known for his speed and accuracy, so the outcome is going to be in Castillo's favor. I think it will come down to UD and JLC takes it.

I see what you're saying, and there is a chance that Hatton will see that fight and take heart from it. However, I think he knows that Coralles tends to fight better in bigger fights. Watch him against Casamayor and then watch him against Coralles 1 and 2. Watch him against Ngoudjo and then watch him against Mayweather. Totally different performances because they were the much bigger fights and he got up for them. I think that Hatton will prepare for the best of Castillo because he cannot afford to do otherwise.

I think Hatton will beat Castillo from what i seen last saturday. Castillo wont be able to hurt Hatton the way Urango did.

I never thought about that, but you're right. In his fight against Corrales, both I and II, he really showed up. Winning the second fight easy, and nearly winning the first fight, some might argue was called two early. I think it will be a good fight, I just hope Hatton doesn't hold, and JLC shows up.

I'd also hazard to guess that we'll see more of Ngojou in the future after his showing tonight.
You do realize Ngoudjo was nearly KTFO by Emmanuel Augustus? Do you consider Augustus on the same level as Castillo? Ngoudjo had fought no one else in his career even close to Castillo's level. This was clearly supposed to be a showcase for both Hatton and Castillo. They each were handpicked opponents that were supposed to be very easy victories to set up Castillo-Hatton.

Everything went according to plan in Hatton's fight. Everyone who had seen Urango fight before knew he was a joke and was going to get schooled. The Castillo fight didn't work out the same way. They expected Castillo to have an easy time with an inexperienced fighter who had never fought this level of opponent before. It turns out Castillo just wasn't that good and his close win combined with Hatton's boring style has really killed much of the anticipation this fight had before last Saturday...
