i gotta empathize with the frustration of Peter's team as they have earned their shot and i think Oleg is definatly the best fight for Peter out of the titlests, but it also would be pretty sweet to see Vitali come back and take this fight.

I know what you're saying, but if the WBC say 'beat this guy and you get a shot' and you beat that guy then you should get your shot. If you win and then they say 'actually, beat this guy again and you'll get a shot' then he should DEFINITELY get it. If he gets stepped over again it will be a travesty. He has done all that the WBC have asked of him, and to be fair there arent THAT many tougher fights at heavyweight than Toney

You guys forget that the wbc made Sam vs. Maskaev the mandatory and made Maskaev number 1 contender. Then the wbc made Maskaev wait for Toney vs. Rahman becasue that fight was what was "best for boxing" according to the wbc. Now they actually have a chance to do what is best for boxing and that is heavyweight unification! We need a unified champ right now!
