They weren't shot. By saying that, you just make yourself sound like the cliche Marcinao hater. We've all heard those same tired arguments before. Are you Tommyhearns804 or whatever his name was, back to pester us some more?

The "shot" fighters Marciano beat were infinitly better than all of Vauluev's opponents combined.

Ezzard was Done, if u disagree ur an idiot. Either way ezzard beat much better fighters than rocco can dream of. However, i give rocky props for fighting blacks though.

They'll hype it like Holyfield's "third and fourth" "world heavyweight championships" ; but those who follow boxing know the truth and can smell the difference between "history" and "hypery".

Charles was past his prime but he was by no means done or shot.

P4p ezzard is better than louis and rocky, his losses after his prime mean nothing to me. From 1946-1950, ezzard and robinson dominated like no other. I dont even put joe louis in my top 10 p4p, his resume is not very strong if you take a close look at it.

I agree. Charles even at that point could have unified todays titles

Thats why hes facing guys like Owen Beck, Monte Barret and Jameel McCline.
Not one of those guys earned a shot at the title,i couldn't believe it when Byrd gave McCline a title fight. For him to get one now is rediculous.
