Franks too old now,he cant hear the bell or nothing! I say Smoger but what was not cool about Smoger was that during the Cotto vs Malinagi fight in the late rounds he was saying Great work, Dance Paulie, Dance then in the final round RUN Paulie RUN! lol

Any reasonable fan or boxing expert will tell you Steve Smoger is the best in the business. He's pretty much the only guy I can't recall ****ing up big time. Cortez is close, but he ruled Pacquiao's cut from a punch in the first Morales fight, which was a horrendous call.

Totally agree with you. You never notice Smoger when he's in the ring till the bell. He doesnt try to make himself the center of attention and lets the guys fight.

My second pick is biased..Jorge Ortiz, the owner of my old gym. Awesome guy and always lets them fight.

Frank Cappucino...just love his name, mainly; but I always liked the way he officiated.

Carlos Padilla....he's the main reason Ali-Frazier III was as good as it was; he wouldn't let Ali hold Joe behind the neck...he made 'em fight..

Mills Lane...loved his authoratativeness. Hated to hear about the stroke.
