Im neither a huge Cotto or Margarito fan. So I am honestly just asking why Cotto is facing his mandatory and yet on the very same night....Margarito is not facing his?

Didn't he just fight his mandatory. Clottey was the #1 contender for the WBO belt. Why would he wanna fight another mandatory right away.

Because that his ****ing mandatory genius, he isn't popular enough and more importantly he hasn't fought and beaten the right calliber of fighters to warrant any type of title shot or recognition.

Yeah but what he's saying is if he just did his mandatory in his last fight why would he want to do it again? Mandatories are chores for fighters, they don't like to do them. He's going after a fight that's far more desirable for him.

But I didn't know Clottey was his mandatory. Are you sure he was, Immortal Inca?

Clottey was an optional fight. Williams has been Margarito's mandatory for a year now and Margarito has been ducking him the whole time...
