The only that comes to mind is young George Foreman.

I think that is a testament to how devastating he really was. He is the only one I can think of who really swung absurdly wide amateur arm punches and still knocked people out.

Mayorga gets a mention too but I wouldn't say he really had one punch knockout power like that...

Marg too huh, interesting never thought about him...its my guess where the power for guys like that comes from. Because by all accounts, throwing wide arm punches forfeits almost all the knockout power of a punch.

Short, tight, snapping punches with your core and legs behind it is where the real power comes from and its rare to see people not throw punches that way and still KO peeps.
