Well if you ask ****** questions, you're bound to get ****** answers regardless who the interviewee is, just that simple. So I really don't know where you're coming from here. You like the book a lot obviously and that's why you keep copying the supposed "workout regimens", cool. I just give my opinion too. And I bring up solid facts, haven't made up anything yet. I was very disappointed with the book and I wanted to let some fellow boarders about its flaws and problems, fellow boarders who think alike.

go to the training section read the liars training regiments then read that book its 2 diff worlds ... i think when most of the kids on here read what people actually do and not just the rumores they pass around on the boards they suddenly realize how easy the training part of boxing could be if they just quit kidding themselves and stop watching rocky

Well now you're disrespecting me. Read my post again about the suggestion that I made that could've made that book great. I didn't ask for no psi stuff, I didn't ask for no lies but I am not gonna repeat myself, like I said read my post again. Please do not insult me behind your ps. You're acting like a kid that got his feelings hurt now cause smb had something negative to say about your "favourite" book. And now I am going to sound pretentious, I've boxed for a number of years, I've been working out for a lot of years, working out is a hobby of mine that I take very seriously, I've had a lot of mentoring from strenght and conditioning trainers. So you're make assumptions about me. Let me make one now about you, you definately know much less about workout programs and regimens than I do.
