Toney by a clear UD win just like last time. If Toney is fat for this fight I will still pick him to win, Toney does not need to be in shape to beat Peter but Toney does need to be in shape if he's fighting boxers with a little better skills then Peter.

I think this Billy Blanks is going to go sour for Toney...
A man in Toney's shape losing weight now will weaken him..

I would not be surprised to see Toney's first KO loss

As long as Toney keeps his Tae Bo swerve on, I wouldn't be surprised if he dominated Peter in their rematch. Surely he will be quicker, more mobile and have more stamina if he keeps up with that Tae Bo training regimen. That would be a much greater improvement on Toney's part than any improvements that Peter can make, IMO. We shall see though when they weigh in.

Yeah hopefully Peter really learned a few things in the last fight. I have a feeling he did, he's a more intelligent fighter than most realize. He'd actually figure Toney out a little and was counterpunching the counterpuncher at times. I really believe we'll see an improved Peter in the 2nd fight, even if he's just as heavy.

I'll go out on a limb and pick Peter by KO in 10!
I just get the feeling Toney will come in and grow old
in front of our eyes. He'll still be tough but will take a
beating, finally succumbing in the 10th.

I'm going with the same. I know Toney's got a chin, but someone will crack it eventually and twenty-four rounds should be enough for Peter to do it in. Otherwise Toney could UD Maskaev and then be beaten to a pulp by Klitschko.

I've picked Toney via UD but if he turns up looking like a Beer keg I won't be confident.

I think Toney wins this one by ud, I think he is more focused and dedicated this time, that being said I think he comes in the fight at around 218-226. Toney is master counterpuncher with plenty of experience, Peters only hope is to catch him flush otherwise hes going to get schooled...
