Hopkins is part of it because JERMAIN TAYLOR hasn't looked impressive in ANY of his last four performances. He should have ****ing starched Kassim Ouma, a fighter who was tailor made for him, in 8 rounds or less. I thought Taylor won quite easily, but he looked like ****. Bernard Hopkins used to leave NO DOUBT as to who won the fight. I am still looking for that in Taylor, but I still haven't seen it. Is that more clear for you son?

Jermain Taylor has failed to impress in 5 straight fights now....he is flat out garbage. he beat ouma tonight becuase he was so much bigger...but as far as im concerned he sucks. his power is overrated and he has gone 1-2-1 in his last 4 in my opinion.

the best part about hopkins...he'd leave no question as to who was the better fighter. taylor can barely beat the feather fisted natural 154'er....i find it funny how the hbo crew ****rides Taylor and says that Ouma landed 0 significant punches when that was the EXACT case in the first Hopkins fight. I can't give credit to Taylor tonight...garbageville....too bad I was predicting him to win by knockout.

that was the best part about having him as champion...he barely lost a round during his reign as champion.

did you ever see him fight in his prime? are we talking about the same guy here? whats wrong with you?

i make the comparisons to hopkins not to discuss their two fights, more to comment on taylor's lack of dominance. i know that wright and hop were tough opponents, but people talk about this kid like he's some killer and i fail to see that on a fight to fight basis now. agree or disagree...taylor should have had ouma outta there inside of 10? hell...he should have had joppy outta there in 6. maybe he should take on a tomato can just so we can see a spectacular knockout. maybe then i'll be less critical.

taylor hasn't won impressively in 4 fights and hasn't asserted himself as a dominant champion. i'm over him...quit **** riding him please. you and lampley should join forces.

Coming from a Hopkins fan, not surprised, still bitter are we?

Hopkins was a great champ and one of the alltime greats and Taylor beat him twice.

You guys should be giving Ouma credit, the guy was kidnapped when he was 5 to join the Ugandan army, he has had a ****ing tough life, if he could overcome that im sure he could overcome most of the stuff, he is'nt scared of anyone. Ouma took taylors shots he has a damn good chin any middleweight would'nt have been able to take those shots, Taylor comfortably won 11 rounds there, through out the whole fight he was throwing quality punches.

Some of you need to stop the Taylor hate because he beats your favourites. Taylor is supposed to be green and will just get better, watch the future.
