Nope. He has not been active enough to be the best. But of all the WW he deserves a shot at Floyd the most due to his long standing in the division.

Definitely true and I favor Floyd to win the fight, but it would not look like last night. Floyd does not have enough power at 147 to make Margarito respect him and stop coming forward. As a result, Floyd will have to fight for pretty much every second of every round. Floyd (while in great condition and capable of fighting like this) doesn't like to fight like that...he likes to fight in spurts and pick his spots. Clearly there will be spots to pick against Margarito but Margarito won't quit like Gatti in the 6th round. Also there is the possibility of Floyd getting KO'd throughout the fight. Floyd's chin has looked pretty good over the course of his career but it has never really been tested by a guy like Margarito. Nonethless, still favor Floyd by UD and a fairly comfortable margin.

On the ropes would be Margarito's best chance but even then Mayweather would make him miss with the shoulder roll. In the center of the ring forget it. Mayweather would make Margarito look like Gatti in the center of the ring.

Well PBF34 wanted to know why Floyd can't fight Marg like Clottey did and I explain it.

I think we all know how Floyd would fight Antonio by now. It could look similar to the Baldomir fight but I think Antonio is better than Baldomir so it will be a tougher fight for Floyd.

Floyd is retiring prematurely though so I guess there is no need to discuss it.

which would be even worse because he would actually be making his ass miss along with getting tagged over and over and over and over again, creating more angles, more frustration etc. If somebody wants to sit here and tell me that this fight is somehow going to be a tough one for floyd, then if the fight ever happens, we can bet some real ****in money since some of you seem to have alot of confidence in this C- fighter with very little skill, and alot of hype.
