Abraham: "I'll Give Miranda Another Beating"

Of course it hurt when he got hit after the jaw broke midway through the fight.. thats not the point, point is, he still continued to fight and outboxed Miranda with the injury.. sure the fight would have been tighter on the cards with all the points taken away from Miranda, but i still had Arthur winning the fight because he made Miranda miss and was the more accurate fighter throughout the fight..

That's not the point at all.

The only thing being discussed here is the physicall beating.

Miranda put much more hurt on Abraham. That's not up for debate. He got the better of him in the hurt department.

I'm not interested in turning this into a discussion about the scores, because that's not the topic. Someone could thoroughly outbox someone for 12 rounds, it wouldn't make it a beating.

Miranda hurt Abraham much worse than he was hurt himself. Period.

That's why when Abraham says "I'll give him another beating" he's mis spoken. He didn't give him a beating the first time around. He took one.

Abraham didn't start "retreating" until about the 11th-12th rounds when he knew he was up thanks to the penalties on Miranda and the jaw probably was swolen to the point of a g****fruit.. Abraham's not ******, why risk further injuring the jaw when you know you're up on the cards? He could've been hurt to the point of never fighting again if he stayed inside with a dangerous puncher like Miranda... come on now.. think it through

Abraham was on his bike the entire fight! He started running like a chicken in round 5-6. And don't blame that on the jaw, ALL of his fights he tires out and back up in the 2nd half of the fight.

Irregarless of who won the fight its clear Abraham took the beating. Meldrick Taylor outboxed Chavez for most of there first fight but who took the worse beating and was a ruined fighter thereafter? By the logic of some of these Abraham fans it would be Chavez who took the worse beating.

the thing i want to make clear is that Abraham was never blatently "running" through any of the first 6 rounds that he had a broken jaw. of course he took punishment, but you guys make it sound like Miranda dominated or something... or that Miranda sustained 0 punishment himself.. now thats a person in denial right there...
