actually now that i think about it i wished i would have posted a poll. anyhow, work has slowed down, so i can post a semi thought out analysis.

JCC Was virtually invincible at 130 in many ways, he could charge at you, break you down and do all of the little things that knocked out so many fighters, or had them quitting on the stool. he challanged anyone and everyone at any time. JCC Could lowblow you, headbutt you and knock your ass out and you wouldnt even know what happened, because like bernard hopkins, he knew all of the little tricks to wear you down mentally and physically in the ring.

Pacman always being one who is ready to engage at anytime, rarely takes a step backward and has legit KO power with faster hands than chavez. Pacman has far less technique but as much heart as chavez to continue to come foward.

Personally, i dont think chavez ever saw anyone like pacman, so i cant particularly say who would win, but i give the edge to chavez based on him being just a bit more technical and his ability to wear people down with a vicious body attack. however he would also have to deal with pacman repeadtedly opening up with fast flurries and combinations that could offset the body work, so who knows.

Tough call. Maybe JCC's body work would prove the difference. At 130, I don't think either Pac or JCC would be KO'd because they were so strong at that weight (Pac still is) but JCC's body work and Pac's speed (especially with the left) could tilt the balance just slightly in each fighter's favor.

I think I'd pick JCC 51 times out of 100 just because he had better technique and a VICIOUS and relentless body attack.

He slugged with Meldrick Taylor who had good power and GREAT hand speed . Think of JCC VS Mosley that's about the same match up ...I don't thin Pac's speed would make that much of a dif.

hmmm.... tough pick, JCC was GREAT.... but his competition @ 130 were not that stiff (no notable names)... he hasn't faced tough opposition @ 130, i don't think he has faced a fighter of pac's caliber @ 130... pac would surprise him... but i'm still seeing JCC roughing up pac for a UD or a late stoppage... JCC's bodywork will be a nightmare for pac (2 of pac's losses were KOs by bodyshots)....

              just my 2 cents....

Yeah it's very sad Taylor for sure is on my list of fight sets I want right after Holyfield . Just think of what he would/could have been if it were not for the JCC fights . It would have been like having a PBF but with a nice guy attitude + he took risk .
