In no case would pac have won it....cuz he lost. You can believe whatever the hell you want. It was all laid out for the media, they took the pictures and released them, thinking it would be more than enough for any mentally stable human being with any capacity for basic deductive reasoning.

The form was intentionally made wrong because "they" were not sure judges were going to do what was agreed upon.

and all the media decided all of them,to just publish round 9 after seeing all those cards? not one thought of publishing round 10 which is also the same as round 9?

Do you really think if there was some type of conspiracy, the card would have been released? Did you notice they spelled welterweight wrong too? Maybe the result should be void since it was contested at an imaginary weight class that doesn't exist.

Pac...because that colum of scores was under his name. It never would have got that far cuz they would have immediately known it was a mistake cuz pac clearly lost.

Floyd beat PAC in a very tactical fight. Manny couldn't bring it, Castillo, Maidana, and Cotto all did better than Manny.

Freddy roach has said that Floyd beat Manny. He also said before the fight, that he didn't want excuses from Floyd when PAC beat him. No excuses either way. But PAC made an excuse, said his shoulder was hurt before the fight. Got sued, then changed his story, it happened during the fight. His credibility is in question.

Floyd isn't TBE, this era, yup! ATG, yes! HOF, yep! PAC & Marquez too.
