How long before we see fight Khan fight a descent fighter?

I agree that Khan is young and the fans need to give him time but on the other hand it is hard to be patient with him when we’re having to pay £15 a pop for his fights, even worse when the undercard fights are also progression fights for the 2008 olympians.

That said, I do believe the next fight will be Maidana so that will be the 3rd Khan PPV I’ll be paying for.

i honestly dont see the rush yet, hes very young and only has had a few fights with freddie if he fights one elite light welter like maidana ortiz alexander in 2010 i would be happy

give him time,hes just turned 23 and is still developing.he is in and around a hot bed of talent with many great young fighters that wont be going anywhere for a long time.hes got a good career ahead of him

I don't mind them building him up slowly, I hate when promoters rush fighters and in this day and age where top fighters only fight a few times a year and fans absolutely write off a fighter for one loss, any promoter who doesn't build up a fighter slowly is nuts.

Also have to remember Kahn is already one of boxings biggest draws and he has a long career ahead of him.

i think mitchell could ko khan, this fight wont happen anytime soon cos mitchell only just had 1 fight a Lightweight and needs time to adjust to the weight.

well it won't matter because Mitchell needs to move up again to face Khan.

give him some credit ffs since he got Kod by prescott hes rebuilt himself and look now hes a WBA Light Welterweight champ...give him a break let him fight a few tomato cans here and there then when hes ready to take on the serious contenders then he should do it...other wise it will be like throwing a lamb to the slaughter in my opinion

I think Khan is a bit big for Kev though I like Mitchell.
Mitchell did well against the guy who put Khan on the deck but
Khan is a better boxer and quicker than prescott
