For example, Greb was an ATG inner circle HOFer, but I don't know if I'd consider Tunney's wins over Greb as great- since Greb was fighting above his prime weight. Similarly, Leon Spinks win over Ali wasn't as impressive, as it was an old past his prime Ali.

Also, it doesn't have to be an upset and the level of upset doesnt matter. Douglas win over Tyson doesn't carry any extra weight because Douglas wasn't consistently a championship level fighter. Its about how good the opponent who was beaten was.

So what was it, the greatest win ever? Interested to read.
      - -Given that Joe whuppin' the fancy panties off Ali in The Only Legit Fight of the Century in boxing history, yup, read it and weep cause it ain't like Ali went quietly, he made Joe bust his tail for it.

And watching the Gold Medal Olympic lightheavy Novice Leon plug the self proclaimed Greatest's yammerin' yapper with his own panties, that has to be the runner up underdog Greatest victory.

Bof fights peppered heavily wif Greatest as we understand The Greatest...jus sayin'...

Marco Antonio Barrera beating Naseem Hamed one of the dirtiest boxers ever. And a Tru classless POSht. Barrera RETIRED that arrogant prick.

I think Marciano-Walcott because the second when Marciano and Joe are in motion, both trying to put the other down, Marciano shows what boxing really is.

I don't know of a more perfect fight, imo.

Rocky gets dropped by the Sucka and then Joe continues to set traps and really embarrass Marciano around the ring. The end of the fight is coming in fast, Marciano's been patient, waiting, baiting an opening, trying to see that Sucka punch again. Joe mixes the shoulders, back up to bring him in and BAM, Marciano done cut him off with the Suzie. Ring placement? check. Timing? Check. Power? Double check. Accuracy? check. Punch structure? Gorgeous. Feet? check. Bait? check. Best sequence I know of.

Outside of boxing-boxing I am still quite taken with NP Dempsey-J Reagen. Johnny kicks Dempsey with his cleat and causes a 4 inch cut on his calf. Their barge sinks and they have to swim to shore where they fight more. Dempsey's bleeding the whole time. Coppers come so they leave the shore for the mountains while being chased. Top the moutain it begans to snow, Dempsey is still bleeding, ends it in something like a 80 round KO. Good ass story bud.

Turpin over Robinson for me I think.

Also Duran over Leonard, Frazier over Ali, Ali over Foreman, Schmeling over Louis, are also some fantastic wins

Good call. I loved that fight and watching Hamed get worked over. I was a huge MAB fan.

I like MAB over Hamed too. I was a big MAB fan too, loved the face driven into the turnbuckle pro wrestling style. Can't out macho a proud Mexican fighter, Hamed shouldn't have even tried. MAB psyched him out by actually outboxing him up to that point too.
