Of course, IQ issues aside, one must also consider the decisive shock that Czyz received when he found his father dead.

I can't imagine. Had a friend from high school I played football with. He found his father dead from suicide. The kid was such a good guy and a great athlete even after that. But he seemed to live inside his own head and withdrew from any kind of social life besides sports. Got word he committed suicide a couple of years ago. You never know what's haunting someone.

I myself remember when Czyz bragged about his IQ and being a member of Mensa in interviews. Years of alcohol abuse and repeated problems with the law made him end like this.

So much for presumed intelligence.

Hey Bat, is there any way we could have Chrismarts thread moved and stickied in the history section? I think it would be a great addition here and almost every fighter is past history so it fits right in here. Just an idea.

Well I have had a subscription on the thread for many years myself, and will absolutely recommend others here to do the same.

I can’t more threads from other forums to this forum. I can only move threads out of this lounge.
