No doubt, someone is trying to keep the fight going and Dundee has to force the ref to recognize him as 'chief second' to get the fight stopped.

I can't tell who the ref is listening/talking to (maybe Ali) but Dundee pulls the ref away and insists it be stopped.

At the beginning of the the argument I think you can hear Dundee say 'f uck you, stop it' to someone in the corner, possibly Bundini.

Dundee never held a percentage of Ali - he was paid, at Ali's demand, a flat rate; Ali wanted Dundee in his corner.

When Ali fought Ellis, Dundee owned a percentage of Ellis but he told Ali he would work Ali's corner anyway, because he knew Ali had made him. Ali, to his credit, refused and insisted that Dundee work with Ellis.

Ali's people were to pay Dundee his flat rate, but instead Dundee got his 33% from Ellis (at Ali's insistence.)
