I haven't heard anything about him in awhile. Shortly after I moved to NC from RI I know he got in trouble for collecting money for drug dealers in New Bedford and Fall River Massachusetts. Not sure if he did any time for it. He's from a tough area and I know he never got the big money payday he probably deserved given the excitement he brought fans. Hopefully he is on the right track. And hopefully if he is training his son his kid can do something in the sport.

Nah, from South Jersey but Pazienza fought in AC on more than a few occasions. I remember being in Bally's casino before the first Rosenblatt fight and seeing all the promotional posters.

        - -Battling Jim Johnson another forgotten tough guy with no credit given to whooping Jack Johnson candy in Paris.

Fought a gaggle of who's who HOFers and anyone else who wanted a fight. Sadly one of the Spanish flu victims in 1918.

I'm from Rhode Island and traveled to Atlantic City plenty of times to see Paz and others fight. He was huge in AC. I wasn't at the first Rosanblatt fight, but I was at Foxwoods for the second one.

I met George Foreman and Jake LaMotta in AC. Always had fun down there!

Scott Pemberton was another one I remember from the Tuesday/Friday Night Fight roster. Scrappy and rangy, great fights with Shieka.
I used to enjoy the Tuesday night fights, Steve Albert and The Champ Sean O’ Grady.
Live from the Blue Horizon in Philadelphia we have a fan Favorite and local fighter Chucky T.

I remember Chucky T! He came to rumble. I watched his fight against No Joke Stewart on ESPN while I was living in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

I was a fan of Brian Barbosa because we fought as amateurs. Was hoping he would win a world title and be my link to fame. Instead I have Manny Contreras who was stopped by Rid**** Bowe.

But I fear both guys are in danger of the negative sides a pro-boxing career can end in.
