    Mr. Humphreys!

I'm flattered that you took a break from your fantasies about pleasuring Marciano just to comment on me schooling another poster.

      Roy Jones' Heavyweight/Cruiserweight non-career was a disappointment.

I am the first to say he suffered for getting exposed as a juicer, and not properly mitigating the situation.

But if he hadn't returned to LHw, I think we would've seen the best of RJJ.

If this is you're attempt at picking an argument Vitali would've been a better choice. Even Leonard, Conn and McGovern, who all saw their careers essentially completed before 25 accomplished more than Whitaker.
        As noted, you're an idiot.........

          Confucius say:

Man begging for peace when fur is flying... a KNOT of two tails should he not be tying!

This cultural moment brought to you by Pabst Blue Ribbon...the beer of champions!

Duran had an All Time disappointment event, but managed to redeem himself for it like few others could have managed.

So now we're closing Joe Louis to Duran!?

In what way is Schmeling's shellacked of Louis like any incident in Duran's career?

                BUG and BOG!

That's Joe Bugner and Kenny "**** ****" Bogner.

By buggery, Joe was a bit of a disappointment although stalwart in inevitable defeat against the champs of his day. And Bogner did very well, with the exception of Bramble.

In that regard, "**** ****" and "Boom Boom" had the same disappointment: Bramble.

From an "entertainment" point of view, it's disappointing when colorful fighters have a big win and then go nowhere (Buster Douglas, Mike Rossman, "Boom Boom" vs Bobby Chacon, to quote a Zevon song, etc.) even if experts know they aren't versatile enough to stay at the top too long.
