It's good seeing allot participation from casual fans here, particularly from the 2 year old perspective. Greatness is criteria based. What one great might lack in resume he may make up for by beating others who have done his many-opponents legwork for him. Such is the case with Fury. Above all, a question of all-time rank can be interrelated only by those familiar with history. Those who describe top fighers as "scubs" and such simply don't know much about the sport. Those who describe this as a "weak era" disqualify their own opinions from holding value. Knowledge about any subject is measurable.
The modern era sees it's beginnings in 1882, but rounding the start up to 1900 and cutting that time frame in half to derive a "most modern" era commencing in 1961, yes, Fury is a top 10 Heavyweight., IMO. He makes tremendous use of his resources and would be a tough challenge for just about anybody. The 9 that keep him company would be Liston, Ali, Frazier, Foreman, Holmes, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis and Wladimir Klitschko. I have no reservations about rating Tyson Fury over Machen, Folley, Williams, Chuvalo, Terrell, Ellis, Quarry, Lyle, Shavers, Bugner, Spinks, Cooney, Witherspoon, Tucker, Bowe, Golota, Tua, Byrd, Ibeabuchi, Vitali, Wilder, Ortiz, Joshua, Ruiz Jr., Usyk, etc.

I'll bet you that it will be Joshua who ducks a December fight with Fury.

One source? I could give you another half dozen if you'd like. Of course you don't see any odds, because AJ has "tentatively" agreed. Are you afraid to back your boy if the fight materializes?

What excuse you gonna have now Queenie?

What's the bet? Time to put up or shut up!! Provided the fight actually happens of course!

Reigning WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury posted a social media video on Tuesday laying out some of the terms he claims to have offered Anthony Joshua in a bid to get their proposed fight made

Maybe Queenie can be coerced into a permanent ban bet.

For the good of the forum.

                  - - Only time Flubber put up was the Deyonce trilogy.

Been shooting off his gob about AJ for years while ducking career purses. AJ is the 6-7th fighter he ducked out on this year, and the year still young yet!

                    Nope.

Yall said wilder is trash. So that means Fury only has 1 big win. That's wlad. And that ain't enough to be top 10 all time

Wilder was the second best fighter in the division after Fury. So Tyson "putting up" is actually a big deal. Certainly better than losing 3 of his last 4 fights, no?

Can you name the "6 or 7" others and show any proof of this, or is this just another exaggerated and baseless claim?

If the fight happens, what do you want to bet? If you actually believe all of your own AJ hype this should be a no Brainer and easy win for you, right?
