Usually political winners want to move their people in payback for supporting them rather than ideological reasons. In higher profile departments sure ideology plays a big role in who gets the job. In these less contentious departments it's usually patronage first. The Center For Desese Control isn't a department that springs to mind as a high profile departement that can tilt an election. Reporting that
AIDs can be contracted through hetrosexual sex isn't going to cause a huge furor. However reporting the opposite if the facts don't justify it can cause death. People need to be aware of the facts regarding their health regardless of who is in power. I think you will find both parties agree with this.

It's more likely than not that he contracted it from a dirty needle or from sharing a needle. He was an admitted and notorious steroid abuser back in the day. Injecting dirty needles in your ass would do it every time.

Catching it from heterosexual sex is less likely but it still happens. It’s massive in Africa, for instance. I don’t think all of that is from gay sex and needles.

Morrison could have caught in from the massive number of women he screwed, maybe anally in addition to *******. I wouldn’t be surprised if he caught if from needles either, he was a huge partier. He claimed he got it from needles from juicing.
