Feel free to report any post that violates the rules. I don't read everything by myself and note there's times where it's hard to distinguish between racism and ******ity and ******ity is not a bannable offense.

I think those things you mention make it better. I also think posting by example helps...I myself occasionally make a joke, an off color comment at times...But I have found that not responding to the trolling helps. We all can be guilty of responding and we all occasionally digress.

I have noticed that some of our older members ignore comments that are inflammatory and it shuts down that dynamic. It is not easy to do so... I have a lot of sympathy for your point of view here.

It's true, I mean I've been posting here for so long(14 years) that I've seen all the trolls come and go and now I just know exactly what they are up to and it does not impress me. It's easy to ignore but it can ruin good threads when others indulge them.

I know it's shtick that can't be taken seriously, and since the mods are in a dilemma on this all I would like is for the trolls to atleast be funny. I thought the last one Elroy was funny at times. But this new kid here, Queens something, is not. He tries too hard.
