While I am sure there is a long list of club level fighters who were extremely feather-fisted, they just never amounted to anything that would appear on most fans radars. And as such we'd not know any of their names.

If we are to limit the criteria to world class level fighters then I'll submit Maxie Rosenbloom

My guess is it would be a brit. You know...guys like Selby...Warrington etc. Good fighters and decent records against other brit light hitters...but as soon as they fighter a puncher they get walked through.

If we're only talking world class fighters, then Memphis Pal Moore scored just 11 knockouts in 264 pro fights - for a KO% of 4.2 (Rosenbloom 6.4).

If we're including ALL boxers, then Kristian Laight retired after 300 paid bouts - without a single win inside the distance!

I never saw someone throw so many punches, often w/ ill intent, and have NOTHING to show for it.

Granted, in an earlier era: lighter gloves, more rounds, more fights w/ ring-worm bums, he might have really upped his KO percentage. But unlike guys like Greb and Pep, who had legit excuses, Whitaker just hit like a massive B I O T C H.

Floyd, not being able to KO a chick w/ a naked fist, gets honorable mention.
