Big slow low skilled giant. Dead meat for a skilled fighter. It would have been a incredible sight to see a Dempsey or Louis stretch him out with single blows.

Are you posting for shock value? You can’t possibly believe this garbage.

I watched Foreman live in early 74. Never was a more frightening powerful hwt. The guy would manhandle a 300 lb heavy bag like it was nothing. Punches on that bag you could hear all through the gym and shook the rafters it was attached. There were better puncher...more accurate, sharpshooters but none had the raw power of Prime Foreman. A human wrecking machine.

Slight problem: there never was a prime Valuev.

                  Tua

A guy Val's size should have had a 100 % ko rate. But he was a straight up bum. All size, no substance.

                    - -I'd pick Ironboy Calderon to beat him and many other greats in the deplorable modern American running style that has reduced American fighters today into the 2nd tier of contenders.

4-11 and 100 lbs, hand and foot fast as lightning with corrupt American refs and judges, he be darting between legs to tumble them down trying to catchup.

That was the year that Mailer wrote a piece for Playboy on Foreman. Great written piece.
