If Tyson had come back like Ali would he have been the undisputed GOAT?

Damn right Houdini. Should have been a man and taken the Cintron way out, jump out of the ring and run home.

Him having wins over Holyfield and Lewis would have been huge for his legacy

Losing to Holyfield by KO and then coming back to beat him (not bite him) in a rematch would have been bigger than him winning the first time out; he then maintains the title until losing it to Lewis after multiple defenses.

People might then be saying he is the GOAT; not me, but people.

Maybe not undisputed, but he'd at least be in the discussion.

At the time Ali made his decision, it definitely honors him. (His personality turned a bit more mean in the 70’s).

Nope. As Angelo Dundee (and other trainers stated when Tyson was in his prime), a good technician popping up and Tyson would be beaten. Or a fearless man with tremendous strength, like Holyfield.
I recall Dundee claiming Pinklon Thomas would destroy Tyson quite happily; much like Freddie Roach today, Dundee was always boasting about how his guy was going to destroy the other fighter.

            Example: http://articles.chicagotribune.com/1...y-sonny-liston

While amusing, Dundee could not be relied upon to be honest; he had a politician's relationship to the truth.

One of the moments when he WAS honest, however, took place after Tyson knocked out his former heavyweight champion, Trevor Berbick:

"[Tyson] throws combinations I never saw before. I was stunned. Nothing is supposed to bother me. I've worked with Ali and Sugar Ray Leonard, but I'm seeing [from Tyson] a three-punch combination second to none. When have you seen a guy throw a right hand to the kidney, come up the middle with an uppercut, then throw a left hook?"

Like Tyson said, "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth".
