Looking fierce and being large and muscular is relatively meaningless. One needs to be exceptionally conditioned, tough/determined and most of all know how to fight. Slice fails in all three categories.

I don't wanna get knocked out 25 times. Or 1 time, really. But definitely not 25.

Sounds like Mayorga's MMA record vs. his boxing record.

Don't have any valid arguments other than if you really are that guy on the packets of rice, I reckon you'd be Slice even at your age.

--- What was the reason for Kimbo's premature death?

A bit odd given he looked to be in good shape against a big strong fringe contender in his last bout to polish him off as he did.

I could be wrong, but I think it was related to some heart issue.

--- interesting in that I was checking out the underrated Pete Maravich who died young, also age 42. He's prob the best pure shooter in BB. Had he two good knees in the three point era, he be even closer to the top pantheon since he was good ball handler and assist man. He and a teammate are the 2nd and 3rd top scoring duo in league history.

Two guys in relative gray shape out of training compared to the unwashed public who just sorta drop dead.

Turns out Pete had a genetic defect in not having a left coronary artery such that his heart was having to overcompensate the whole of his life with the overburdened right coronary.

Criticize as we may, Kimbo never lacked heart...all my blessings to his family...

Kimbo did ok in boxing to stay undefeated unlike his UFC experience. That's diversity that Lewis and most fighters lack, but it took a toll by the end.

Hope his wife and kids have recovered to move on.

so lennox lewis, who traveled the world in his youth and won gold in the olympics, and became a world champion and one of the most dominant HW we have ever seen, is gong to get intimidated by kimbo slice and somebody's backyard in florida?

**** no, lewis is going to have less butterflies than kimbo unless kimbo is ******. he's not the more experienced fighter, just believe me when i tell you that. lewis was a world champion and a professional, highly skilled, and an enormously potent puncher.

prime lewis knocks him out before the first round is over. that's just a fact. he'd hit him with every single jab he threw!
