It has been shown time and time again that amateur fights do not demonstrate the possabilities when two established fighters meet in the pros. Just ask Tyrell Biggs who had handled Tyson, as an example, but there are so many examples that it is a moot point.
Montel Griffin probably had Roy's number the best because in that first fight he frustrated Roy which is why Roy was DQ'ed. He got to Roy...the same Roy who is cold and calculating and finds a way to beat your style. Montel was a hell of a fighter, but look at how Roy handled him in the rematch.Comment

Where's Steve Collins' name? I don't see his name mentioned despite schooling both Eubank and Benn twice each - two of the best at the time.Comment

The guy gave you an intelligent response to your opinion and you dig in with what someone supposedly said?

There are more examples where the opposite is true.
Also Olympic style is all about speed and points and favors Roy yet he still lost. It is likely to be worse at pros hence the duck.
The guy had tons of power strong chin, long range high skill wasnt slow, was very aggressive, hes a big problem for Roy
I think Roy is more likely to win on account of his utter spectacular dominance, but I could be wrongLast edited by AlexKid; 01-07-2017, 01:20 PM.Comment

Roy beat more aggressive better fighters. Its not that Roy couldn't lose, but him having at it hammer and tongs in the amateurs, stylistic factors and the mettle of the other fighter, would not be factors in the outcome of this fight.Comment

No there arent. There is at best a random correlation. Your mixing up amateur and olympic...the only fight Roy "lost" in the olympics was a robbery.

Amateur and Olympic are very very simlar, so the point still stands, loserComment

Yeah and that makes them the same to you? enough said, I may be a loser but you are an idiot. Losers can win...idiots? can't take an anti idiot antidote so you might have to live with that condition and last I checked? I do manage to get laid once in a while...Comment

If you think not reading carefully before answering makes you ****** then you are ******.Comment

It makes them simlar, so simlar enough to make my point exactly the same, and just as valid, speed and points still matter more in the amateurs when compared to the pros. ******?
