McKinney is the most underrated of them.

All the listed have an argument, i'm biased to the southpaws so i respect Johnson a lot and the man knocked down Toney, that's some crazy stuff, Sumbu and McCallum are just great technicians that fought in the toughest era of 154-160-168 and had great wins, but at least those fighters are talked about in the history section, McKinney seems to be forgotten by most of the people, he was an awesome fighter, one of those fighters that young fighters should be studying.

He knocked down Toney and also boxed his ears off, he should have got the decision.

Agree with the rest of your post. All good fighters.

Tarver's losses were to Harding when Tarver was green and was competitve but got his jaw broke and didn't do much down the stretch and lost a decision. A close razor thin loss to roy, and a split decision lost to johnson who out worked him.. All avenged. 2 of them by stoppage..

I will go with reggie. Both solid choices, but reggie was around forever and was world class for over a decade over multiple divisions.
