Grand scale of things, evander at cruiser beat qawi twice, deleon, ossie ocasio.. qawi was the best fighter evander faced at cruiser, and qawi was past prime and was nowhere near as good as he was at light heavy years earlier.
Lembedwa, morales, barrera, marquez were much better competition for manny in the lower weight classes..

You say manny fought old guys, well evander defended vs old foreman and holmes. Those are his best title defenses..
He beat bowe once, and got knocked out by bowe,, also lost to moorer, nice victory in the rematch and also a solid win over mercer.. Tyson was past prime but so was evander at that point.. after tyson, he defended once against one of the worst title challengers ever in Vaughn Bean.. Then he came up short 2 times to lewis, and then struggled and was beaten by ruiz, toney, byrd.
I don't see how any of those guys "in the grand scheme of things" could be considered great besides the bowe win.

Manny has a better than even shot of beating any featherweight who ever boxed.

He was cruder and didnt use angles as well but he was fast af, blazing combos, southpaw with legit KO power.

Debatable. Manny was better at sticking to a gameplan than Holyfield was, but when holyfield boxed and used his legs he was pretty brilliant, at least even with manny with technical skill. Especially considering he was a big guy.

Again Barrera was the only great fighter on that list. Manny lacked fundamentals. He had a bad chin which wasn't put in harms way as many times due to his awkward style (a point for him). His power wasn't there at Welterweight. He failed to put away Chris Algieri who is a C class fighter at best.

Like I said him and Holyfield are close but Holyfield is higher. Pacquiao could be beaten by technically sound fighters.

Holyfield fought consistently better fighters (thus why he never dominated a fight as you say) throughout his career and had better longevity. He didn't lose a fight until 30 against a prime Bowe. At cruiser weight he beat Qawi who was coming off of a stoppage win against Spinx at just 12 pro wins. Talk about fed to the wolves. He then went on after his loses to Bowe to stop Tyson. Holyfield had a better chin, power, and was a smarter fighter overall. Simple as that really.

2. Longevity- Evander was championship material from 86-99.. 14 years.. Manny has been championship material from 98-16... 18 years..

3. Evander didn't have the same power as manny.. Manny has dropped, wrecked, or stopped lebedwa, barrera, marquez, morales, hatton, cotto, bradley, Oscar, shane.... Name evander's big stoppage wins

4. Lmao about qawi coming off a stoppage win over Leon Spinks being a significant big win,,, that's really not saying much
