Is Roberto Duran the best lightweight of all time?

I love Duran and think he's great and all but Julio Cesar Chavez was just so consistent. He also seemed less hot and cold than Duran IMO when you look at the big picture. Also, I don't recall seeing him ever lose a fight at lightweight. But, then again I haven't seen many of Duran's early bouts being they were before my time...

The order is personal preference I place duran on top. Wonder is barney s decedent's will sue stallone like wepner did

Lightweight Pernell Whitaker.

I never saw much of Greg Haugen and now I see why, man is that guy the very definition of the term "limited fighter" or what ????... Not taking away from Pernell but how Haugen ever won a title is beyond me. I watched two of these videos so far and I have to rate Pernell higher than Mayweather, at least as good defensively but he actually fights as well, that aggression puts him higher.....

Replace Armstrong and Ross with either Ortiz, Williams, Whitaker or Canzoneri and yes.

Duran p4p no 1 and LW easily, in the top 3 at WW even. in the top 5 of all time for sure.
