wtf are you on about? Holy won the fight on the judges scorecard and pretty much everyone in sports row had him winning...what fight were you actually watching?

Now you chat a lot of rubbish and I don't normally respond because it's a waste of time but I never once said Holyfield was unbeatable in his prime. Rid**** Bowe beat him and the Moorer loss itself was very controversial...if you know about the fight then you know about the controversy surrounding the judges AND the injuries Holy was fighting with but fair play to Moorer, the guy fought his heart out after the KD. Great fight, close fight, could have gone either way in reality.

It still doesn't change the fact Holyfield has an ATG resume.

IN the rematch, Evander "guaranteed" victory. We all know what happened there. That same heart condition was evident in the third fight against Bowe too. He promised to KO Bowe but he couldn't catch his breath. He had that KO in the bag. Bowe was out on his feet and Evander couldn't throw another significant punch. It was sad to watch. Great trilogy though!

These issues are always controversial.

On the one hand I agree that when a fighter is proven sick (Stiverne vs Wilder) for instance, it deeply questions the victory.

But repeat patterns of such excuses like as for Holyfield should be met with a little su****ion.

For instance, you can defend EVERY Holyfield loss and struggle somehow, basically painting him as invincible when he was in form without any other method to disprove.

It could also be seen that Holyfield if he was as good as he was purported (not saying he wasn't) should never have lost to Moorer!!

The evidence for heart trouble is there but not exactly concrete, also bringing into question that if it were due to roids (as likely) how should we call that? Likely Holyfield wouldn't be as successful w/o them anyway!!!

In fact a case can be made that Holyfield's entire HW career was based around hGh.
