This is a Michael Carbajal appreciation thread. Where do yall think his stance is all time at flyweight. He is a hall of famer, but do yall think like me and think he is the best flyweight ever or at the very least top 2 or 3? Man this little dude was mean, vicious and a very good boxer and a great puncher for a little man. Its rare to have guys in the 115 pound range be able to put someone to sleep. My memories of Carbajal go back to his Olympic days '88 when IMO was the last great American amateur team. He truly had hands of stone and had tons of killer instinct. His fights with chaquita gonzalez are some of the best fights ever and his KO of Gonzalez in their first fight was a memory ill never forget. His enthusiasm after dropping him was incredible.
To me Carbajal is the giant among flyweights. What do you guys think of him.
