There was an MSG fighter who was really entertaining back in the late '80's or maybe early '90's.. Does the name Gino Gerolmino ring a bell? IDK if the spelling is correct or where I could find his fights?! Also, Jimmy Thunder was quite a character always coming out like the hammers of Hell but getting KTFO in many of his bouts!

Would have loved to have seen Mickey fight Dwight Davidson, Frank Fletcher, or Hamsho.Him and Bobby Czyz could have been a nice fight as well. They should have rescheduled his title shot against Marvin Hagler, though Hagler would destroy him, he probably would last into the middle rounds.

A little mean to say "nearly nothing", but here are some fighters I liked who never won a major world title, in the era where more titles existed.

                  David Tua
                  Michael Watson
                  Micky Ward
                  Razor Ruddock

Jose Luis Lopez-This guy was an extremely hard puncher at 147. But he was too inactive with his punches. I thought he could have done better than he did and possibly had more significant fights at 147.
Lopez was good but frustrating how he wouldn't throw enough punches, and I think he had a rep as being lazy outside the ring.

I still say his fight with James Page is the best WW fight of the 90s, followed by Aaron Davis-Mark Breland and Simon Brown-Maurice Blocker.

Page-Lopez isn't mentioned much but it was pretty brutal with a lot of back-and-forth action.
