I usually post under my real name, as a matter of fact though my name is not 'billy' the name billeaudeau is my wife's maiden name....If anyone ever wants to know where I live they better be a super spy and "ask" because that is all it takes....i never post anything that I would not say face to face, and when it is not my intention to anger someone I do something really confrontational: I apologize.

You present a dilemna to me because i do not advocate censorship, but there is a point where your posts became so innane that it challenges that notion. I certainly do not want posts deleted...

You seem to think you know about me enough to assume you can "kick my ass" that right there tells me a lot. Why don't we do this: since you claim you are a pedigree (boxing trainer?) with impeccable credentials, lets be smart about this....Since all you have to do is "ask" wouldn't it be smart to find something out about a guy you are challenging? its just a thought! You can PM me and at least know something about a guy who you are calling out.

Anyhow that is up to you... Its just a suggestion.

Old Chinese proverb: "be careful what you ask for....you just might get it."

It's an old school myth, that boxers shouldn't lift weights..even Floyd was lifting ahead of the PAC fight. Worked ok for him..

You show your character when you post a certain way and then act like an internet tuff guy. Like I said I don't hide from anyone and I post what I think. You need to grow up and act like a man not like a child. I am a man of peace but probably a lot more dangerous to threaten than you might imagine, and if you really know of me you would probably know that....hence my admonition to know whom you are threatening. If you are in Maryland and you are older than one generation in the martial arts community you would know of me by the people I have trained and trained under.

Seriously its a bad idea to make threats and its a last resort when you cannot reason intelligently.

Not if he was doing bodyweight squats.

If you like lifting weights then more power to you, keep doing it. But fighters can do just fine without them if they choose to go that route, weights aren't mandatory or necessary.

True but this was covered already.I believe body squats would raise growth hormone levels still and have similar effects to weight lifting ,releasing IGF 1 levels .
