  • Who of the hw-champs escaped the ring most unscathed?

Fighters who got hit a lot, Ali, Holyfield, you can see how that's affected them. Then there's Lennox who chickened when ahead, and Tyson who has his "one man show" acting fairly normal. Who got away from it most unscathed?

Could be Foreman, he kept all his marbles and continued doing commentating and was a brilliant salesman that had him set for life. Pretty impressive too considering who he fought and the punishment he took throughout his career including the amateurs.

      Tunney, without a doubt.

heavyweights don't get hit often as in the other classes usually. But some real chin music can play loud when a punch happens in the square circle. I might say marciano... He seemed to understand that when hitting its hard to be hit

Vitali Klitchko by a land slide hardly hit,i think he took more shots in the Lewis fight than he did his entire career, the guy barley lost any rounds his entire career.Tyson even got hit more in his prime...though he had the best defense ever as he was an inside fighter so that's more impressive.Chris Byrd was also very over shadowed due to his style very hard to land a clean shot on him .

That's a great choice when you also factor in his wealth.

Even when Tyson was without his defense he took over 200 punches from Lewis who could do that? Not Ali he couldn't even barely sc**** by the 205 Frazier..Tyson belongs here in other words ....
