I disagree, marquez is much easier to hit than floyd. You wouldnt see floyd losing any type of desicion to someone like chris john no matter how close that fight was, let alone getting dropped several times by pacquiao. you can hardly even count the amount of close fights floyd has had on one hand let alone the amount of times hes been hit.

But thats me disagreeing, its not a stretch to say that without some debate. Marquez is clearly the superior fighter to morales and barrera, especially since barrera later on became an excellent boxer.

True that! i More just meant if Marquez was 5''10 and a natural welter, that fight would have been competitive. Actually maybe not because logic usually dictates that when two counterpunchers collide the faster one wins. Nah i guess i just likeJMM too much.

Which means they'll probably both be rated higher after their deaths when there is no more complaining or when they are out of the limelight.

Absolutely. One of the greatest fights I've ever seen, with one of the most incredible, shocking ends I've ever seen. Brilliant stuff.

Whatever else you say about Marquez, even if you think he 'whines' or whatever, he has a heart that even makes Gattis look small. Dude is just a freaking crazy warrior.

Proves his style while not popular with many mexicans at the time, had more longevity than his brother had who was finished and shop worn with those wars against Isreal Vasquez (imo)
Yeah. I reckon they are far and away the greatest brother team in boxing history.
