Why the reply to my post? That didn't make sense. I agreed that he wasn't that great in my books

Anyone who thinks a 1974 George Foreman would have any fear of Mike Tyson really has no idea what they are talking about. George loves to bulls#it so don't believe all his stories. And Foreman was all wrong for Tyson whenever they would fight.

Absolutly not ,Tyson would have a field day with anyone whos going to throw defence out the window and throw wild punches directly in front of him, really saying Foreman would win is not logical at all its the fastest /hardest hitting HW of all time vs one of the slowest as well ,Foremans telegraph one punch at a time simply doesnt work here.Power alone does not beat the total package Tyson how could it?Unless you throw Tyson post 2000's in the ring and i would still take Tyson .People also question Tysons chin for some unknown reason he took a battering from 6'4 23o Douglas for 10 rnds ,walked thru Ruddock who hits 3 times harder than Douglas and ate 200 punches mostly right hands from Lewis before he finally quit in rnd 8 ...i could keep going on about why its a huge mismatch here Tyson of 88 was on a completely different level then Foreman but i think i summed this one up...really this should be done in the fantasy fight section.

Next you will tell me how great 70's Foreman chin was ,dont bother just go watch little Jimmy Young drop him,....The only thing Foreman and Ruddock have in common, besides power is a jab....if your trying to tell me the guy who went 17 rounds with then a still relevant Tyson wont hold his own with anyone in the 70's you're mistaken .
Which fight of Ruddock's can i watch and see his "Crisp Punching Ability" and his "Power Jab" ?

Foreman always used the cross-armed defense. it worked for him and his trainer Archie Moore.. Foreman had one of the most underrated Jab's in Heavyweight history. No Heavyweight in history including Tyson, could cut-off the ring like Foreman.

Your Ruddock praise over Foreman is laughable, Ruddock never won a single round in his two fights against Tyson.

You know whats also ignorant? stating that Razor Ruddock is a two handed fighter. I mean history has not been kind to Ruddock who has been put in the category of a lumox....He was a good fighter. BUT he was a ond handed, slow fighter with a tendency to be very good at pushing the action and fighting inside where his uppercut and hook worked well. Razor had no real footwork other than to keep coming foward and smother....

Lets not even compare him to foreman! What we know about Tyson is that he had a tough time against big guys...including Ruddock (in spots). If it took Mike a time of it to deal with BoneCrusher Smith (for example) it really leaves a question mark of how he would deal with Foreman...because unlike Crusher, Foreman had lots of weapons!!
