Cheaters don't deserve to get that kind of recognition in my opinion. But putting aside "the scandal" was his career good enough to get him in?

The cotto win was great, but other than that he is severely overrated..
Bob arums smoke and mirrors worked wonders with margarito as he feasted on young green guys for most of his career..
People make him out to be a monster that would crush everyone late in a fight but in reality he struggled everytime he stepped up..
Never got a win vs santos in either fight

I do really wish that him and floyd fought in 2006.. Margs isn't top shelf, but his style and size would give floyd all he could handle.. Would have loved to seen how floyd handled it..
