The p4p tag was thought of by watching Robinson and realizing that a 6'2" 210lbs Robinson would also control the heavyweight division easily.

When you have maintained all the essentials needed to be outstanding and the best during your career and remain the best after viewing others for all this time now Robinson is the blue print for all fighters who show above average skills in boxing. What stands out more these days is his power in both hands weighing 147--160! There simply so few KO wins these days because of the amateur style influence on the sport.

To me there's no one like him!

Nice avatar pic............................are you advertising your gayness or are you just unnaturally fruity?
I do believe that Haye is a far better actor and now a nude, gay model than he was a boxer. It takes no talent to undress and look like a feminist/male but then again there's obviously fans of this look, like weltsschmerz!!! :gay:

Anyone who thinks Haye is an HoF'er or ATG or have anything to do with being
an p4p boxer has serious issues. Then again fruit is always attracted by other fruit.

The island people are always the weirdest!

Something can be said for a choice like Ali. Pound for Pound rankings seem to refrain from using heavyweights, but the argument can be made that the heavyweight devision is the most dangerous and therefor most difficult to succeed in due to the weight and power of the punches. Making Ali that much greater for accomplishing his record and that was in the best era of the devision as well. That point as well as the fact(I believe so but not 100% sure) that Ali's record has the highest percentage of top 10 opponents and wins out of all boxers ever.

Armstrong, duran, Robinson, morales and many more fit the description. Over history pac isn't THAT good. He could give anyone trouble though

              Haye isn't #1 P4P all time. He's not even top 10 P4P currently.

Leonard , Ali and Duran have all eluded that Robinson is number 1 they would have the knowledge to judge.

I can only say what I've seen with my own eyes, and the best I've ever seen is Ali by quite a margin.

I've watched a lot of Sugar Ray's old fights, but none were in his prime and I felt Ali in his prime were better than Sugar Ray past his prime. I think Ray Leonard in his prime was a tremendous fighter too and so was Roy Jones jr.

Mayweather in his prime was also completely unbeatable, and then of course you have pernell whitaker. All great fighters.

In no particular order, but with Ali at number one (from 65-67):

                  -Ali
                  -Robinson
                  -Leonard
                  -Jones Jr
                  - Mayweather
                  - Whitaker

Ali is right up there as is SRR, honestly, I can't see past those two, rank em however you want. There is a massive drop between those two and the guys that follow, men like Pep (can't believe he hasn't been mentioned), Armstrong, Duran. Leonard and a few others who may round off a top 10.

Welts does not have to advertise his gayness....You can practically hear his shorts jump whenever Vlad is discussed.
