Castellejo went to Germany to beat Sturm.

Not really big fights, only one of them was for a legit world title. But these popped to mind quickly.
And they where all excellent wins.

The best wins is probably Sanders and Castillejo's.

Mitchell beating Tony Lopez in Sacaramento - twice, although the first encounter was supposedly a draw.

The great Azumah again - the UK leg of his world tour - bombing out Cowdell in a round and beating a prime Jim McDonnell.

Ingemar Johansson sparking Patterson in the US.

Witherspoon stepping into the white-hot cauldron of Wembley Stadium - out of shape as well - and pulling-off a result.

that was in vegas, far away from hopkins' hometown. more importantly the crowd was 100% behind calzaghe before the fight started as were the judges considering how bizarrely they scored the fight.

hopkins clearly didnt benefit from any home advantage.

                  cunningham against wlodarcyk in poland.

mike mccallum made a career out of beating peope in their backyard, both winning and defending his title multiple times in hostile territory.

he beat minchillo in italy, graham and watson i england, collins in boston (close enough) as well as a couple german and french fighters in their respective homecountries and countless americans in the states.

Celestino Caballero went deep into Thailand to ko Somsak Sitchatchawal.

That had to be an 18 hour plane ride minimum to get there.

The funny part is after he won, no taxi's or tuk-tuk drivers would give him a ride back to his hotel, the promoters saw to that.

This wasn't in ****kok or any big city like Phuket or Chiang Mai, he was way out in the sticks.

The fight was held on Buddhist temple grounds around 3 hours or so from ****kok.

He had to get a ride with some foreign reporters covering the fight.
