Besides resume you also look at a fighter's skill set. Did he have all the tools, could he do it all in the ring?

Or was he lacking in some areas when compared to past greats?

      Vitali belongs among the greats.
The fact that you have to answer that question justifies why no one takes you seriously.

Liston twice, Norton twice, Frazier twice, Patterson twice, Foreman, Shavers, Williams, Foley etc etc.

He clearly has the best resume of any heavyweight in history, and his 8th best win is better than anything Vitali has on his resume. He had a captivating style, personality and career as a whole.

regained the championship three times, had the most complete fight of all times (arguably), came out the best in what was thought as the best era in heavyweight history, was involved in the biggest heavyweight fight ever and has more rewatchable than anyone else.

Vitali is tremendously skilled. You clearly didn't follow his career

Okay, conversation over. I'm embarrassed to have taken you seriously enough to give you a response. Have fun.

Vitali is a tremendously skilled fighter. He won the kickboxing world championship before even becoming a professional boxer. He has every attribute to beat any fighter in history.

His resume is based on bums by today's standards. Vitali has had more world impact than Ali, with his involvement in politics, charity, education, etc. Ali was an outrageous, unpopular man too. Vitali is seen as a man of enlightenment. Plus, Vitali made a greater comeback than Ali, by far. He outshines him in every department.

Notice that all I did was ask a question to help you frame your argument. I didn't even weigh in with answers of my own.

                    Why u mad?
