Long time since I have seen Chavez-Randall I I cannot remember how I scored it.

It was a robbery. Period. Any thoughts on it being a legitimate draw is beyond ridiculous. Claiming "Whitaker deserved the decision but the draw was okay" doesn't even make sense.Last edited by joseph5620; 12-04-2013, 09:45 PM.

The only Ramirez round I consider definitely Ramirez's though is round 8. Rounds 6,7,10, and 11 could go either way but so could perhaps rounds 4 or 5.
The way I saw it in terms of definite rounds, Whitaker definitely won 5 rounds and Ramirez 1 round. The other 6 up for grabs as they were close.

I didn't have it wide to begin with you see. Chavez landed quite a lot to the body that I think a lot seem to be missing, althohgh on the flip side maybe less landed than appeared to me. Also worth noting that Whitaker probably could have or should have had a point taken away for low blows. It really wasn't a one sided fight.
Chavez wasn't landing a lot of anything. Not even to the body. I can post it here and you can point out the rounds where Chavez was " landing a lot"
Also, the Whitaker low blows were in retaliation to Chavez hitting him on the hips and thighs. You conveniently left that out. The only difference is that Whitaker didn't cry about it.
However, since you didn't think Whitaker-Ramirez was a robbery, I shouldn't be shocked at your ridiculous scoring for either fight.

I didn't give my score for the Whitaker-Chavez fight (because I don't have it on my computer) so how was it ridiculous? All I said was that I thought Whitaker won but scoring it a draw was not crazy, from memory I probably scored it 116-112 or 115-113, so now you can call my scoring ridiculous. I'm sure your scorecard is the one true and perfect one.

Whether or not my scorecard is perfect is not relevant. But I can assure you it is much more in line with every credible source who scored that fight than yours is.
Find one credible person who thought the draw was reasonable or scored it that way. When you can't you'll realize that being the contrarian is not a good look in this situation.
