Byrd, Moorer, Chagaev, Ibragimov, Sanders, Thompson, Zolkin. People always forget Zolkin but he was quite good and all of his three losses controversial he was at least Sanders and Thompson level. H2h at their best i think Chagaev is underestimated and could get a win over anybody listed. Ruslan beat Ibragimov in the amateurs it was a excellent fight.
people never forgot zolkin because he was not that good.zolkin would get murdered by sanders & Thompson. sanders is a journeyman & Nothing more but zolkin was not that good. amateur boxing is not the same as prize fighting. didn't henry akinwande beat his ass on a Tyson undercard? that was was back when I was younger. I know he fought on a few undercards I watched in the old kingvision PPV days... zolkin beat tubbs & bert cooper but both had seen better days but still decent wins. tubbs was his best win. he was C+... other C+ IMO are tye fields, travis walker, neven pajkic, monte barrett at this stage in his career. he beats all the other journeymen but when he steps up he loses...

Thats about it too.................sad! Not much from the left side, to tell the truth I'd rather watch ol' Joe Hipp fight than Byrd or Moorer. i think Joe knew more about it than they did he was just less talented! Hipp came to win. Ray

Even in 2011 overweight, slower and clearly past prime he gave Povetkin everything he could handle but didn't have the gas tank for the last four rounds which cost him the fight.

Zolkin was supposed to be the original opponent for Bowe in 96 but they went with Golota because of the bigger Polish fanbase. I wouldnt have been surprised if he handed Bowe a loss had they met.
I was always pretty high on zolkin until he was dominated by akinwande. that was a very bad loss

on paper it would probably byrd or moorer but I feel corrie sanders had the most natural talent of the bunch but he underachieved due to poor training habits. he just wasnt that into boxing
