well you did say favourites not greatest or best, so here goes-

10.jack dempsey- a pure brawler, although im not much of a brawling fan.

9.herbie "the one and only" hide- what an explosive k.o machine this guy was.

8.joe frazier- got to give it up for him with his utter determination to beat ali.

7.joe louis- a great boxer who helped develop the boxing styles we see today.

6.evander "the real deal" holyfield- such an explosive boxer with power, speed and style!

5.george foreman- another classic fighter to watch for his power.

    4.young mike tyson- everyone enjoy's a k.o

3.rocky "the rock" marciano- such a classic hard head to watch.

2.muhammad ali- no need to explain.

1.lennox lewis- he was the inspiration of boxing for me especially in his younger days. he took so much greef from poeople, especially usa and ukraine, didnt klitchsco say lewis quit because he didnt want a rematch but the truth was it was an injury, but yet klitshco quit due to an injury. "what go around come around!"

1.) Joe Frazier. Amazing heart and stamina, the perfect match for Muhammad Ali for some truly memorable fights

2.) Sonny Liston. Intimidating, powerful and dominant, but with a very interesting and obscure personality.

3.) Joe Louis. He simply made boxing look beautiful.

4.) George Foreman. Some funny antics but also a great crowd-pleaser. Has the distinction of two careers with two completely different personalities.

5.) Jersey Joe Walcott. A very tricky and unorthodox fighter that was always fun to watch

6.) Max Baer. A powerful puncher that I feel could have done better if he wasn't afraid of his own power, so to speak. Great personality too.

7.) Evander Holyfield. Sorta like Joe Frazier, a real warrior, also exposed Mike Tyson who would be one of my least favourite heavyweights.

8.) David Tua. What can I say? We're both New Zealanders with Islander heritage, I love his voice and how he can actually be quite deep when he speaks. Seems to be a very class guy in general.

9.) Jack Johnson. His defiant antics outside the ring are both numerous and funny. I think sometimes people overrate him however.

10.) The handcuffer of lightning, Muhammad Ali. The man I love to hate and hate to love. I don't think anyone needs any explanation for why.
