Jack Dempsey would destroy any cruiser in history. Holyfield would put up a big time fight, but I don't think ayone else who actually fought in the division division would survive the full 12, let alone 15. Marciano would be a helluva slugfest, but I don't think he'd make it. As for "grandfathered" cruiserweights, I think Ezzard Charles would be Dempsey's toughest comp. I'd pay a lot to see that.Comment

Holyfield is the best, screw this nonsense about past heavyweights. That's like this crap MMA fans and historians try to pull calling Pat Miletich the first welterweight champion in the UFC, when he was a lightweight. In both cases, you have to go by what the weight classes actually were then. Cruiserweight doesn't have a long history and old time heavyweights or whatever you want to call them don't count.Comment
