Hearns and Zarate are probably the two best examples of skinny guys that could really punch. They were both tall for their weight classes and definitely weren't small for their weight.

Kazuto Ioka kinda of reminds me of them in that he's tall and skinny for his weight and really gets some leverage on his shots. He's got some one punch kos's win both hands and against decent opposition. He would probably have a much higher ko % but has been facing very solid opposition in his 12 fights.
