You can be 250lbs and still see ribs all that means is you don't have any body fat. Just look at how big his torso is, Oscar was not skinny.

Also at 130. Definitely at 130 as his spaghetti legs would suffer flash knockdowns that he wouldn't suffer when he gained weight. For Pete's sake the guy was knocked down by boderline journey men as Campanella and Valenzuela than knocked both of them out. At the higher weights guys like Mosley, Vargas, Chavez (2nd meeting), Trinidad etc., all couldn't drop DLH, yet those two journey men dropped DLH. WHY? Because the weight drained and SKINNY DLH didn't have the legs or upper body strength to take those shots.

If the 5 feet 10 1/2 inch DLH at 130 is not skinny than i guess Manute Bol should go on weight watchers.

If Oscar looked skinny it was because he was dehydrated from being in an unnatural weight class. Arum started his career by shrinking him down to 130/135 and having him beat faded name fighters coming up from lower divisions. DLH (like Mosley) could have easily started his career at 140.

Rafael Marquez comes to mind too. He didn't look very strong but he could punch like hell!
