  • Bob Foster vs RJJ

Who had a greater light-heavyweight resume Bob Foster or Roy Jones Jr?

Who had a greater pound-for-pound resume?

    Head-to-head who wins?

LHW, Foster by a wide margin.

P4P, Roy Jones by a wide margin.

H2H, I'd pick Roy, by knockout.

Other than **** Tiger, who did Foster beat who was really that great? I wasn't around for those fights and I'm not pretending to be.

You could say the same thing about Jones at 175, except nobody ever accused Foster of ducking a challenger. Foster even went overseas to fight challengers in their hometown.

If they had fought I'd pick Foster to knock Jones out cold.

Foster has a better resume than Jones at LHW.

            That's not even debatable.

Despite Foster's LHW resume being underwhelming, IMO.

Roy Jones could be very tentative at 175. I don't think he'd push the issue against Foster, so no way do I see Roy KOing him. Roy would have to climb a bit to reach Bob and risk running to easily the hardest punches he'd ever face.

I think Roy would peck and poke and he possibly could do that towards a dreadful decision win. Otherwise, he would get caught and wasted.

What he said ^ just about covers it.................Bob had a great right hand but was a slide step forward kind of guy and slow motion with his hands also. Roy should of had a distance win but if he got ****** Bob could hurt anyone. Ray.

I agree with everyone above. But people forget how hard Foster hit. He eventually will catch Roy good and knock him into next week

                    better LHW: Foster

                    P4P: Jones

H2H: Jones wins every round until the 11th when Foster KOs him with a picture perfect right cross
