Just because you're too simple to appreciate dominant stoppage wins against Thomas Tate or Clinton Woods doesn't mean they aren't credible wins especially considering neither one are top 10 win on Roy's resume.

I know who they all are, and Johnson was the only one close to a meaningful win. Sosa and Gonzalez were just tough journeymen, clearly not in the class of Roy Jones.

Marvin Hagler fought Caveman Lee for the title.
Joe Frazier fought Bob Foster, Ron Stander for the world title.
There's some from my favourite fighters, it's just one of them things.
A lot of fighters do take breaks via non-title fights though.
robinson used to own a title (either the middlweight or welterweight championship of the world) and often fight more than once a month in between defenses, racking up gobs of non title fights. lots of pushover types, considering who is doing the pushing.Last edited by New England; 04-28-2012, 04:25 PM.
