Adamek never beat anyone as good as Holyfield or David Tua and he looked like sht against Vitali. Watch Vitali/Byrd from round 1 and youll see Byrd was in a comfort zone even before Vitali's claimed injury.

But our opinions dont really matter, the FACT is Byrd has been a Heavyweight champion twice, Adamek 0.

So what he ko'd Golota. It was his last fight and he hadn't been motivated for years.

IF Vitali had been injured against Sosnoski or Gomez, then Id call that a random stroke of luck. But for him to FAIL against Chris Byrd and Lennox Lewis, two men who have a history of beating good fighters: (David Tua, Evander Holyfield, Vitali Klitschko) Its difficult for you to pass that off as mere coincidence. Logically you just cant.

Vitali is a good fighter with an effective style, but his style has not produced WINS against other good fighters. Just the truth.
If Vitali would have lost to anyone else, you would be screaming at how those fighters were his best opposition. You base too much on name value of the Klitschko opponents forgetting that the Klitscko's don't let them stay in the division title hunt long enough to prove themselves. Guys like Thompson can beat everyone else but a Klitschko and would have been a contender in other era's as well only he doesn't have that luxury in this one. You don't have to accept what I say but you do have to accept the Klitschko era, which goes back to why you are so bitter. The real question is to why you fight it so hard? Care to enlighten us?

Good point, he didn't look like poo against anyone but Vitali and only lost a pretty close fight to Dawson at LHW. In my opinion, that makes Adamek a pretty solid win, which I knew anyways.

Byrd was getting beaten easily and that's all that matters. So what he started landing more shots when Vitali got hurt. He wasn't going to win, knock him down or out. He was well on his way to losing lopsidedly. I don't know why this is still in discussion. Try grabbing back at the Lewis straw, it's longer.

The funny thing about it is that you don't wanna give Wlad any credit for beating Byrd twice (note this thread is about both Klitschkos but drifted into a Vitali bashing again). So Byrd is Vitali's second best opponent because of the FACT he has been a heavyweight champion, what about the heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs, the heavyweight champion Samuel Peter, the heavyweight champion Corrie Sanders...you don't give him any credit for that...because he didn't get injured in those fights and could pull out his gameplan as usual.

Even if it was one of the other 44 opponents who beat Vitali, Byrd and Lewis would STILL be the most decorated champions on that resume.

-It's a FACT that Byrd and Lewis have more HW title defenses than the other 46 names on Vitali's resume.

-It's a FACT that Byrd and Lewis have held more than 1 share of the Heavyweight title at different parts of their career. None of the others have.

-It's a FACT that both Byrd and Lewis have wins over ATG Holyfield, Prime Tua and Prime Vitali Klitschko. Most of Vitali's opponents barely have one good win.

Lol at the results of this thread. What a joke.
The same poll Vitali won in NSB.
                  How delusional are you people?

Someone needs to pm the children in NSB so they can skew this poll for Invisible. Dont want him to cry.

The vast majority of people who frequent NSB have no idea what they're talking about.
